I took out a educational loan because I knew there would be delays. Unfortunately UT deducted my tuition from that loan first and gave me the government payment as excess (which took quite a while) I've been scraping to make it by since the start of the semester. Payments have been small and sporadic. As far as I can tell they've only paid me for books and tuition. I can't wait till they get this worked out. This has taken a toll on me and my family. I'm taking 19 hours and the bills just keep on coming.
