How awful. Clark needs to find someone with actual sense who will buy the land and keep the Tap Room. It's still a money maker! This redneck diner place sounds horrifying. I know I certainly won't be going, and when it does go under who's to say the owner won't sell everything including OCI? This whole thing sounds like making for disaster.
