I went to Puleo's one Saturday for a date night and I was so pleased. The service was good, the atmosphere was good, and the food was great. I will certainly be a regular there now.
I agree with the first comment. My boyfriend and went for a late Valentine's Day dinner there on 02/17/11. First of all, the parking situation is awful. We had to park up a hill and walk down in the dark. Once we walked in the hostess (who looked like she was about 13 and was wearing jeans and a t-shirt) totally ignored us. We were eventually sat by a bus boy. The staff was highly unprofessional, wearing ripped jeans and no uniformed look. You have to guess who is actually an employee. We waited for 10 or so minutes for our waitress to show up and get out drinks. We were the only people in her section at this point. We waited 20 more minutes for her to come back and were just about to the point of walking out. The prices are sky high and the food is only mediocre. We got two lousy rolls for ordering our $30 entree, and they were re-heated store bought rolls.
I was terribly disappointed with my experience and I will certainly not be going back.
