Mr. Sullivan: Are you DELUSIONAL re: "All of this comes at a time when there’s a near leadership vacuum here in the wake of Gloria Ray’s forced removal as head of the Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corp. (KTSC) following revelations that her compensation, which exceeded $400,000, was deemed scandalous."

If you think there's a vacuum now, please tell us what shred of leadership was in evidence while Gloria Ray was at the helm at KTSC. I haven't seen anything yet to support your argument of any great loss of leadership or vision associated with her "retirement" (should have resigned or been fired vs. being allowed to "retire.")
