I really enjoyed this article. My Dad introduced me to the
art of running moon when I was about 16. I ran mostly out of
Brethitt county, and Keene, KY. I have however ran part of
the "Thunder Road", running out of Harlan, KY down to
Cumberland Gap, and a little beyond. It was something that
even at the time I thought was amazing to do. After seeing
the movie, it was the equivalent to a singer getting to
perform at the Grand Old Opry. I hope that they proceed with
the remake of Thunder Road, it could only be done by Jim.
