My mother and father lived in a boarding house on Summer Place in the 1930's. I often wondered where it was and never could find it. I have many stories of them walking to the Tivoli Theater and then on to the Sun Cafe' on Market Square for dinner and the entire evening costing about 25 cents in those days. I would have loved to have lived here during that time but I am glad my folks had this wonderful opportunity to live in a small piece of history in a town they dearly loved.
