I'm very curious how the "energy auditor" whose job was to audit/survey/exam could also give you a price on the necessary reccomendations. It would appear at face value there would be a little conflict of interest if the person doing the audit was also "selling" the necessary goods and services to make your home more efficient. And if he or she was not "doubling" as a sales consultant, how could they possibly begin to give you a price concerning the goods and services that someone else would offer or provide?
