Methinks that Katie considers the viewer/participant a part of her art. Further, I think she knows this, whether consciously or not. Whether the viewer/participant knows it or not is irrelevant. You become the art, briefly, then move on, and the next person steps in. In this way, Katie's works are always dynamic.
