Farmer's Departure Won't End Community Supported Agriculture

Green Man Farm's Eric Gibian will cease business and return with his family to South Florida at the conclusion of this year's Market Square Farmer's Market season. One of the enterprises he's leaving behind is a CSA—community supported agriculture, where patrons pay a set price for a portion of the produce grown on the farm. Luckily for Knoxville, other farmer's market purveyors, first-time CSAers Colvin Family Farm and old CSA hands Place of the Heart are ready to step into the breach, as well as Organicism, which ran a small CSA in the fall.
