From YUMMM!, the Metro Pulse Restaurant Guide:
Wild Wing Cafe is in its sixth year and still enjoying the more than warm welcome they have received from Knoxville. Everyone knows this is Knoxville’s home away from home to catch a game, grab a quick lunch, feed the kiddos for a casual dinner, grab one of their 20 pints on draft, or enjoy a late night band. Wild Wing Cafe has won Knoxville’s “best wings” since they opened the doors, but they are way more than just your average wing joint. Not only does Wild Wing Cafe have the BEST wings with in town with 35 sauces to choose from, but they also have a killer Brunch and Bloody Mary Bar.
Wild Wing Café’s The Blue Jeans Brunch will satisfy any of your brunch cravings, whether you are looking for a little something traditional or something with a bit of a twist. Either way, they will have you coming back for more every weekend! The melt-in-your mouth Monte Cristo, Brunch Scramblers, and Southern Chicken and Waffles, are just a few of the made-from-scratch goodies on the menu.
The Monte Cristo is loaded with smoked ham, shaved turkey, crispy bacon, and raspberry sauce with Swiss and cheddar cheeses between two pieces of hand-battered Texas Toast. Then it’s topped with powdered sugar and served with a side of baby potato cakes. Don’t worry—they didn’t forget to serve it with warm maple syrup for dunking! YUM!
If you are not in the mood for a drippy, delicious Monte Cristo, how about a Hammin’ It Up Brunch Scrambler? This is all of your favorite traditional breakfast ingredients all rolled into one yummy skillet. Kinda like Mom’s breakfast casserole, but way better. This skillet is layered with mini potato cakes, then topped with smoked ham, scrambled eggs, and fresh bacon strips. Not that this isn’t delicious enough… but then it is smothered with a creamy cheese sauce and served with your choice of flour tortillas or fresh-baked biscuits.
Ever heard of Chicken and Waffles? Well, the Wild Wing Café has that, too! Try this warm Belgian Waffle topped with fresh (never frozen) hand-battered chicken breast tenders. Then the good stuff: Warm, creamy, just-out-of-the pan spicy sausage gravy. This is not your traditional Southern White Gravy. It has just a touch of heat to wake you up in the morning.
Speaking of waking you up in the morning… The Bloody Mary is simply the best hair-of-the-dog drink known to humankind. If you had too much weekend fun, you could have one of Wild Wing’s mixologists make one of their enticing Bloody Marys and have it hand-delivered to your table. Or, if you are feeling creative, take your glass of vodka and head up to the fully stocked Bloody Mary Bar. It’s loaded with all the fixin’s, which include Spanish olives stuffed with aged bleu cheese crumbles, pickled okra, fresh-cut celery, pepperoncini, a variety of hot sauce, horseradish, spices and more.
Don’t know how to make a Bloody Mary? You are in luck! Wild Wing Café is hosting a Bloody Mary Class for beginners the next two Sundays (March 3 and March 10). Steve Dukic, a resident bartender, will teach you how to make the perfect basic Bloody Mary, or if you have a more sophisticated palate, try one of our Bacon Blue Cheese Marys made with bacon-flavored vodka.
Either way, Wild Wing Café has you covered (but not smothered, diced, and chunked) for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Bloody Mary Bar is available on Sundays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Wild Wing Café is Located right off Campbell Station Road in Farragut, next to the Baymont Inn and Suites. Or call at 865-777-9464 for directions.

The Wild Wing cafe has a supurb and well rounded menu. As for the wing menu if you cant find it here then they probably dont make it! I Love the Red Hot & Blue wings! They are a special recipe that somehow cooks a blue cheese flavor right into the wing! No breading to do it eather these are the real Mccoy -- Buffalo style hot wing with Blue Cheese. My second choice is the Garlic wings -- Yummy too! The menu isn't just for the wing lover -- they offer a well rounded menu to please even the pickyest eaters. Oh - they don't skimp on the celery or blue cheese either!
