As Knoxville’s oldest full-menu Japanese restaurant, Tomo uses only high-quality, fresh (not frozen) fish they overnight from the West Coast and first-grade short-grain sushi rice. Midnight Sushi is available on Friday and Saturday from 10 pm-3 am at the Kingston Pike location. And for those interested in furthering their sake education, Tomo has a sake sampler—six varieties on a tasting tray, explained by the server as you sip.
