Near Knoxville Center Mall, Tangerine serves traditional Japanese fare like tempura, katsu, and age dashi tofu, plus the eternally popular hibachi grilled combination dinners. At lunchtime Tangerine offers bento boxes and maki specials, and sushi is handmade all day long. A "little ninja" menu is available for kids 12 and under.
Monday-Friday lunch hours end at 2:30; Tangerine re-opens at 4:30 for dinner.
