A Knoxville sandwich sanctuary since 1989, Steamboat Sandwiches has moved from their original North Central location to their new home on Market Square. This is the beginning of a new chapter for the eatery, with the goal of providing “oversize and delicious” sandwiches for the masses.
Steamboat’s menu features a variety of specialty sandwiches, as well as a hunger-inducing selection of meats and toppings just waiting for you to construct them into your own masterpiece. Or try their most popular sandwich, the Steamboat, a blended meat tour de force featuring ham, Genoa salami, Swiss cheese, exciter sauce, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, French’s mustard, lettuce, and pickle thins. All of their sandwiches are served on their signature bread. These light, fluffy loaves are baked fresh daily.
