My new favorite food and restaurant. Sitar has amazing food both on the buffet and a la carte. Although the buffet is not as spicy as the dinner menu, which might be a good thing for some. I have been turned off by indian food at other restaurants, probably because it was poorly prepared. Sitar does things right. My Indian friends from out of state said it was the best they have eaten ANYWHERE! If you are a fan of new tastes and excellent food Sitar is a must. I want them to cater my wedding! And I'm not Indian.
