Traditional Japanese cuisine served fast by three generations of chefs. Vegetables, shrimp, chicken, and rib-eye are fresh, hot, and free of MSG. The sushi menu is extensive, highlighted by seriously creative chef rolls such as the Chimichanga Roll (crab, eel, cream cheese, and crunchies—tempura fried then topped with avocado) and the Phantom Roll (salmon, whitefish, masago, green onion, cucumber, tuna, crab, octopus, cream cheese topped with volcano sauce). Plus, the new dining room revamp creates a warm, chic atmosphere. Specials: Tuesday—99 cent nigiri, 5 p.m. to close; Wednesday—all you can eat sushi, 4 p.m. to close; Thursday—half-off sushi, 6 p.m. to close.
