Now back to those amazing steaks: Ruth’s Chris serves only the finest USDA Prime beef available, hand-selected from the top 2 percent of the country’s beef, broiled to perfection in an 1,800-degree broiler and served sizzling on a 500-degree plate so every last bite stays hot and delicious.
And what’s new at Ruth’s? They now offer “Prime Hour” with special-price appetizers and beverage specials every single day until 7 p.m. in their lounge, featuring Vox Premium martinis and cosmopolitans for $7.95, $4.95 mixed well drinks, $2.95 non-premium bottled domestics, and select wines by the glass for $4.95. The Prime Hour menu also includes appetizer and sandwich favorites like their crab-stuffed mushrooms for $6.95, a 10 oz. broiled hamburger from that sizzling hot broiler for $5.75, and prime beef ribeye sliders for $4.95.
Attention, Big Orange fans! Along with the everyday party atmosphere, Ruth’s Chris is parlaying its riverfront location into the new tradition for Vol tailgating. On game day, the Happy Hour menu will be available all day until game time, and here’s an even sweeter deal: You can pay $25 to park at Ruth’s Chris for the game and receive $25 towards your next dinner at the restaurant (with a few stipulations). When a game starts at noon, RCSH will open for dinner at 3 p.m., and when games are 3-5 p.m. RCSH is going to do lunch before kickoff.
