Great Authentic Italian food from real Italians from N.Y. City. I have a Gluten Free Intolerance issue where my food must be prepared without Gluten and David the owner makes great Gluten Free dough rather for pizza, calzones or pasta. I am thankful that he is able to make Gluten Free food for his entire menu and the food is still as good as with any other types of breads. This is a blessing and they are opening a Gluten Free buffet soon. I can't wait. Great Food, Gluten Free, and Great Value who can ask for more.

Excellent gluten free pizza and other dishes including desserts. I highly recommend. Even though 1 in 99 people is diagnosed as Celiac or gluten intolerent, this is the only place in Knoxville offering pizza and other Italian dishes gluten free. For a Celiac person, this restaurant is a God-send.
