Chicago-style food has landed on the Strip. From the ever-famous Chicago-style hot dog to the Chicago Hot Beef au jus, you can find it alongside Italian and Polish sausages, meatballs, sandwiches of all sorts and pizza aplenty. Moriconi’s is also the home of the UT Challenger, a combo of 5 ½ pounds of beef patties, a quarter-pound of both American cheese and bacon served on a toasted bun with a full assortment of condiments, and a pound of fries. Eat it all in an hour and it’s free, otherwise, it’s probably still a deal by weight at $24.
