If you’re in the mood to eat a true homemade meal, Sullivan’s is the place—nothing is pre-prepared, and everything is made from scratch. The focus is on solid American fare with a dash of Southern flair. The specialties of the house make it difficult to choose just one dish: The Shrimp Charleston is served over creamy stone-ground grits with a Tabasco cream sauce; The Neptune features a 10 ounce choice sirloin topped with lump blue crab and jumbo shrimp; the Chicken Florentine is mesquite grilled and is accented with a roasted red pepper cream sauce. “Fresh upscale Southern food, using made-from-scratch recipes.” That’s the formula used at all three Sullivan’s locations. Come in and check out their new menu featuring great salads, homemade blue plates, aged beef, fresh seafood, and truly unique specialties.

Sullivan’s goes to many extra steps to provide the special quality and detail to their dishes. They use only aged, choice, center-cut steaks from our their private butcher. Their always fresh ground chuck is made from the prime and choice cuts of sirloin, rib eye, and tenderloin. Sullivan’s seafood is delivered daily. All of its soups, dressings, and sauces are made from scratch, right in house. Fried foods are hand-tossed in our their select breading.

All entrees and specialties are accompanied with your choice of one of three delicious salads; the House, Caesar, or Sullivan’s unique Signature salad, which is made with fresh greens, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.

Their new menu features some great new dishes. They’ve added two new risotto entrees: Wild Mushroom Risotto with Tenderloin Tips and Seafood Risotto with shrimp, scallops and salmon. The new Prime Pork Ribeye is the best piece of pork you’ll ever taste, served over Boursin mashed potatoes and topped with Worcestershire butter. The Neptune is a great combination of sirloin steak topped with a blue crab cake, jumbo shrimp, and creamy Bearnaise sauce.

Sullivan’s new lunch menu features every item on the menu for only $8.50. These include Turkey and Homemade Dressing, Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Pot Pie, and the Savannah, a great new sandwich with creamy pimento cheese, candied bacon, and fried green tomatoes served on homemade honey white bread. It is awesome! Of course, they still offer a great selection of other soup, salad, and sandwich combinations. Sullivan’s new menu also offers many great gluten-free choices, too.
