Marco’s Pizza founder Pasquale “Pat” Giammarco, who moved from Italy to America when he was nine, emphasizes freshness in all the major areas of pizza-making: dough, sauce and cheese. He developed his own sauce and blends of cheese for his pizza. Now Marco's Pizza not only provides authentic Italian pizza but also hot sub sandwiches, wings, and salads, among other offerings.
