Knoxville’s newest tenant on downtown’s hip 100 Block brings elegance and imagination to Southern-style favorites. The beautiful re-do of this storefront (the former Harold's Deli) offers up fare like homemade pork rinds, cornmeal-crusted trout, fresh braised bacon, and banana pudding in a jar on a menu that the chef promises to constantly tweak. Much of the food is locally sourced, and the imagination is, too.
