Under new ownership that’s retained the original recipes, this South Knoxville favorite specializes in traditional New York pizza, with large (try 18 inches) thin-crust pies. Specialty pizzas include the Brooklyn Supreme (pepperoni, sausage, onion, pepper, mushroom, black olive) or the Staten Island (meatball, ricotta, mushroom, sun-dried tomato, black olive).
