Opened in 1948, the Helen Ross McNabb Center is a provider of mental health, substance abuse treatment, and social services in Knox and 16 other East Tennessee counties. The center offers case management, medication management, psychiatric services, in-home treatment, developmental disability services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and rehab services.
