
The late, original owner James Dicks passed his recipes on to new chef Jay Brandon, and the result is very close to the original Frussie's that earned a cult following. Brandon may not be a "sandwich Nazi" like his predecessor, but he still imbues each sandwich with a lot of passion—the Italian (warm) is still a thing of culinary beauty, as are favorites like the Reuben and the roast beef. Plus, the best cole slaw in town is back. New addition to the menu: James Dicks' Favorite. A delectable tribute.
