Fresh, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch creations feature standard fare and some “Eggs-clusives” including French Toast Monte Cristo, Crepeggs™, and Parma Hash. You can also order a Power Bowls—chicken entrees that are served with whole-grain quinoa.

From YUMMM!, the Metro Pulse Restaurant Guide:

Everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day; but now, it’s also one of the best. And that goes for brunch and lunch, too, thanks to the early-risers at First Watch who slice, dice, stir and bake everything fresh daily so you can have a made-to-order meal to get you started on your day and give you a fresh boost at midday, too.

Seriously, breakfast has never been better; First Watch has complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi to go with that essential first cup of coffee. Their Sunrise Select® Premium Blend Coffee is a tasty opening to the day that’s made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown Panamanian, Colombian, and Mexican coffee beans that’s just the ticket to get you and your taste buds up and moving.

Breakfast itself is a wonderful array of morning favorites and unique signature specialties that make First Watch a sunrise destination. Their Key West Crepeggs is a delicate crepe that gets layers of eggs, turkey, avocado, bacon, tomatoes, Monterey Jack, and a dollop of sour cream on top. Folks who like to wake up with a taste of the Southwest will get a real kick out of the Chickichanga: Whipped eggs meet up with all-natural white-meat chicken, chorizo, green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions, and avocado and get rolled up in a flour tortilla that’s finished with Vera Cruz sauce and sour cream.

And that’s just the beginning of the breakfast options that, by the way, you can order at any time that the place is open.

Lunch features soups and sandwiches that are unique and filling—and the menu’s full of sensible and nutritious choices, too. In fact, the folks at First Watch make it easy to include their food in your diet with clear information about allergens and tips about how to order if you’re avoiding gluten.

But one of the most important things about this restaurant—something you just don’t find anywhere else—is the “You First” promise. First Watch promises that you can substitute cholesterol-free eggs or egg whites at no extra charge, and that you can share your food and get an extra plate to do that without any additional fee. They’re also serious about that coffee—they know you’re going to love it, so they just bring you your own pot that’s freshly brewed just for you. They promise never to assess an automatic gratuity whether you’re a party of two or 20, and you’ll always get your food quickly with friendly service.

Right now, First Watch is in Turkey Creek near Publix—but they’re already working on more locations in Bearden and Halls. Still, wherever you are, it’s worth finding the nearest First Watch—it’s a great way to say good morning all day long.
