Einstein Bros. offers more than 2-dozen varieties of bagels, and seemingly endless ways to top them. They also offer wraps, pannini, a bagel dog, salads, and a “Smart Choices” menu that features items under 350 calories and 15 grams of fat. The recently expanded beverage options include over a dozen coffee drinks, chai latte, as well as smoothies and, “Blenders.” The Farragut location has extended hours, so you can eat bagels for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
