Be ready to excercise daily with intensity and make the commitment to become a more disciplined eater. Crossfit Knoxville is for everyone. Any fitness level can join but if you’re afraid of working hard, it may not be for you. Come by for the Free Saturday class at 9 a.m. or join one of its bootcamps.
