By changing its dinner menu every other Wednesday, Chez Liberty offers a wide variety of fine cuisine. Each Tuesday, the menu is changed to highlight the new vegetables in season. Accommodating to all, they not only offer a dish for vegans and vegetarians, but they also can convert many of their dishes to fit their needs. An impressive steak menu is offered for meat lovers. All that plus an array of drink choices makes for one satisfying meal. Chez Liberty is open for lunch and dinner Monday-Friday with a three-hour close time in between.
