At B&D, the focus is clearly on the meat. The majority of the menu is devoted to ribs, chicken, and pork. There are also turkey legs, beef brisket, sausage links and the Famous Pig Burger. Of the 24 menu items, only eight are sides, refreshments or desserts. You can get traditional sides like baked beans and coleslaw, or if you like something off the beaten path there’s grilled cabbage. But B&D isn’t serving anything that will distract you from the meat.
