Committed to “farm fresh food,” Barberitos stakes its claim in the quick serve market on great Tex-Mex style burritos. Of course, there are tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads to be had, too. Produce is delivered to the restaurant fresh and hand-cut daily, likewise protein is grilled up right on site. There’s a, “7 under 7,” menu with seven items that have under 7 grams of fat. You won’t find a freezer or a microwave here, and even the condiments are made fresh daily.
