  • Collection agency: The Park Village city recycle drop-off is one of the city’s busiest, with full bins of cans being picked up most Mondays and Wednesdays. RockTenn Recycling receives the city’s recyclables, and starts the sorting process with a front-load Cat keeping a metering bin full. RockTenn and  Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. filed a merger plan in January.
