Brain Power: Real estate developers, promoters, chefs, bartenders and the like by day, the all-volunteer Biscuit Brain Trust habitually meets at the Public House to brainstorm everything from ticket prices to burlap-covered jars to use as vases. Says Biscuit Boss John Craig: “One thing I’ve learned is that food people are very friendly people. Once you meet one, you soon meet all the folks they know.”
