Indiegogo Campaign for the Birdhouse Community Center

Okay, this is short notice, but: A group of University of Tennessee students have put together an Indiegogo campaign to benefit the Birdhouse, a community arts center near the Fourth and Gill neighborhood. “We believe The Birdhouse is essential to the development of our community, because it functions as a space for business ideas and events that without it would not have a place to flourish,” they write on the campaign page. They hope to raise $1,800 to build an outdoor storage shed so the Birdhouse can accommodate larger events while still providing space for its weekly meetings. (Apparently, limited storage space is an issue at the facility.) The campaign ends on Thursday, April 24, so get clicking!
