WUTK Caps Off the Semester With Exam Jam VIII

WUTK is making yet another fund-raising pitch, but in return for your $5 you’ll get admission to one of the coolest end-of-semester parties in town. The University of Tennessee’s student-run radio station is hosting its annual Exam Jam—this is the eighth one—at Relix Variety Theatre on Friday, Dec. 6, at 8 p.m. (Admission is actually a minimum $5 donation at the door—feel free to give more.)

Just like the eclectic WUTK, Exam Jam VIII offers something for everybody, from local rock powerhouses Johnny Astro and the Big Bang and Spades Cooley to sludge-rock outfit Wampus Cat, postpunk revivalists Echoes, and woozy alt-rapper Dominic Gillette.

All proceeds benefit WUTK, which receives no funding from UT.
