Peru-style Poultry

A series of public suggestions for civic improvement

“We really need a Peruvian chicken restaurant. After spending several weeks of my 15-year-old life in Lima, I developed a taste for this special rotisserie chicken. Nothing I have tried in Knoxville compares to the juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken found in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. This may sound ridiculous, but if you have had the pleasure of consuming this heavenly creation, you are probably licking your lips at the mere mention of it. During a recent trip to Washington, D.C., I stumbled across a close approximation. I know I am only an eight-and-a-half-hour drive away from D.C., but I would love it if Knoxville had its own place to devour simply the tastiest kind of chicken known to man.”
