Knox County Trustee John Duncan III got married during the holidays. The weekend before New Year’s, Duncan married fiance Jennifer Rhodes at the Orangery, in Bearden.
Duncan, the son of Congressman Jimmy Duncan, is in his first term as Trustee. His office has been in turmoil as he and some of his employees got bonuses for a course in which the course work was never completed.
