A Feb. 24 ad posted in the electronics section of the Knoxville craigslist.org listed an ion ray gun intended for “Inducing electrical shocks in other people,” among other purposes: "My Husband built this gun and it works perfect. He has had so much fun with it, but he doesn’t use it much anymore and we have a 2 year old who is in to everything, so I want it gone.”
