KAT has made a number of proposed service changes, and here’s your chance to ask questions and give comments to staffers before a Feb. 28 public hearing (3 p.m. in the Main Assembly Room of the City County Building). Noon-2 p.m., CAC Beardsley Community Farm (1719 Reynolds St.). Free.

Knoxville Restaurant Week

All around town. $25-$35.

The annual fund-raiser for Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee kicks off today and runs through March 1. More than 30 local restaurants will be offering three-course prix fixe meals, with $5 of each dinner going to Second Harvest. Reservations are recommended.
