Just a short comment, to address the length of a college football game [“Overtime,” Insights by Joe Sullivan, Nov. 8, 2012]. Seems to me that the best way to shorten the game is to keep the clock running in the 4th quarter, except for timeouts, injuries, playbacks, etc. Thank you and very best regards.
