—William Rose, CEO, president, and general counsel of Specialty Group, a Tennessee corporation, from a statement he released in response to queries from reporters about his company’s $5.28 million in donations to the conservative PAC FreedomWorks for America. That would make Specialty Group the biggest corporate donor in this election cycle, according to the Center for Public Integrity.
