Bill Dunn, at a House Judiciary Subcommittee last week, describing his bill that would require federal authorities to notify city police chiefs or county sheriffs before they can execute any arrest warrants in Tennessee. According to the bill, local law enforcement could in turn check with the state attorney general to decide whether the federal action violates Tennessee laws.
