I applaud Mr. Burger’s mobile slaughterhouse business start-up. This offers an outstanding opportunity to serve and grow the local farming community.
Mobile slaughterhouses began in the West and have slowly taken hold in other areas of the country. This offers an opportunity to serve East Tennessee farmers and expand their markets. Grow local/market local.
