COVER STORY
The Lost Palace
Over a decade ago, Harriman electrician Gary Baker teamed up with Hollywood character actor Muse Watson on a project both were passionate about: to save the town’s art deco jewel, the Princess Theater. They bought it with the idea of restoring it to its former glory, but little did they know how long it would take—or that it would become the lifeline intended to save Harriman’s downtown. Coury Turczyn takes a look as construction nears completion.
