I enjoyed the article regarding the RAM event in Pigeon Forge.

As a matter of fact, I just may have been the “stocky” female soldier referred to in the article. However, one point of clarification, the “camo” soldiers were members of the Tennessee State Guard—not the Tennessee National Guard. TNSG is one component of the Tennessee Military Department but is not the same organization as the National Guard—not an uncommon mistake made by the public.

We are very proud to serve in our volunteer capacity regardless of the “mistaken identity.”

Thank you for the informative article.
