In my opinion, the owner of Arby’s brought it on themselves. [“No More Mocha Shakes,” Ear to the Ground, Dec. 30, 2010] I have been downtown many times and they were closed, which is sorta stupid. You have to make hay when the sun shines. They have never been open on Saturdays when I was downtown. If you are gonna be there, you have to accommodate the folks that are around. Whoever the management is, they are to blame for their demise and not the downtown group.
