Knoxville’s own super-coupon clippers never grow weary of penny pinching, and you can benefit from their tireless frugality at the Second Annual Knoxville Coupon Fair Saturday, Feb. 26 from 9 a.m. to noon at Faith United Methodist Church in Knoxville. Attendance is free and childcare is provided. Local coupon gurus and household budget experts will be on hand for one-on-one consultations. People new to couponing will especially benefit from the many instructional handouts that experts will provide, and best of all, participants are encouraged to bring extra coupons and freebies to trade.
