When I read an article about a band and their new album, I’d actually like it to be about the band and their new album. As a reader, I have absolutely zero interest in the plight of the reporter and his journey to SXSW. This isn’t Almost Famous. How did this article get published? Hey, maybe for the Gillian Welch concert, you could get that reporter to write about his journey to the Tennessee Theater.
