Metro Pulse: The First 20 Years
Nobody thought it would last this long, least of all the little group of twentysomethings who got it off the ground. Nevertheless, as luck would have it, Metro Pulse has made it to its 20th birthday. That’s a newsworthy achievement, and we’re just the publication to cover it. (Or the only one.) We asked for anecdotes from everyone we could think of who had a hand in Metro Pulse history: staffers, contributors, advertisers, and article subjects. The result is an impressionistic oral history that may be incomplete, but is certainly colorful.
