The latest conspiracy among Vol football fans on message boards and talk radio is that the University of Tennessee’s president and its chancellor came here after working at the University of Florida. Are they trying to sabotage the Vols by firing basketball coach Bruce Pearl?
We think it’s silly, of course. It’s not like UT ever hired a Florida football coach to be athletic director.
