Mayoral candidate Marilyn Roddy has a list of prominent women in Knoxville for a “Women Leaders for Roddy” event that includes Dee Haslam. That’s Dee Haslam, the sister-in-law of Gov. Bill Haslam. Do the Haslams support Roddy’s candidacy? Roddy’s 44-member host committee also includes Sue (Mrs. Ben) Atchley, Sarah Moore Green, Kay Clayton, Mary Costa, Sharon Miller Pryse, Henrietta Grant, Betsey Creekmore, and Kelly Conley. The event is May 1 at the Holston.
